Things to Remember
- Do not brush your tongue for at least 24 hours before your visit. The tongue plays a vital role in corroborating your Chinese medicine diagnosis.
- In the hours before your visit, do not have anything that will stain your tongue, such as hard candies, grape juice or cola. It’s also wise to avoid caffeinated products in the hours preceding your treatment.
- The treatment will be more comfortable for you if you are neither too hungry nor too full at the time of your visit.
